THE FIELD CAMPAIGN WAS A BIG SUCCESS!
The “Play It Forward” Field Campaign was a one-time, year-long effort to raise funds for a new and improved field at Somerset. Supporting this incredible community asset will have an impact on our neighborhood and the children who live, learn and play here for years to come.
On August 31, 2016, the new turf field at Somerset Elementary was completed and cleared for use. The Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to officially open the new Somerset Elementary School Field was held on Sunday, September 25th, 2016 at the Back to School Picnic.
